I cannot find the item I am looking for online?
This is our newly designed website and there are many items still in the process of getting listed. Please call our sales team on 01375767780 for your enquiry.
I only need few bolts, do I still need to order whole box?
Most of our items are no MOQ based, means you can order as low as 1 pcs of a particular bolt or nut, so you can choose your own pack quantity.
However very few items due to the their nature comes in box quantity and cannot be separated, for those items normally pack size is mentioned in listing title.
I need order next or same day, can you arrange it?
For guaranteed next or same day enquiry, please do give us a call on 01375767780 and we will check stock and sort this for you.
How can get VAT invoice for my order?
All invoices are sent with the original order and also via emails to the customers once their order are despatched.
However if you register with our website then all your orders will be shown in your order history area with your vat invoice in pdf format.
Still cannot find your invoice, please contact us.

I am outside UK (International Customers), Can I order through your website?
Yes, You can place an order though our website if you are International Customer.
Add your order to the basket as normal, When you reach to the checkout please complete all your shipping details and press the ‘Enquire Now’ button, you don’t need to make any payment at this stage.
Once we get your request we will add shipping cost and send the quote back to you with PayPal Payment request.
If you are happy with the shipping added cost then make payment to the PayPal request, if not then ignore the quote and payment request, Your enquiry will be cancelled automatically in 3 days.

What is the difference between A2 and A4 stainless steel fasteners?
