Thread Form – 24 TPI (w/ V-fluting). Drill Point – SuperTEK® 7 (Min. 4. 0mm – Max. 18. 0mm). Material Grade – AISI C1022 (hardened) carbon steel self-piercing tip brazed to AISI316 / EN 1. 4401 / A4-50 stainless steel body and head. Additional Coating – 5µm electro deposited zinc (w/ blue dichromate passivation). Drill Speed – 1500-2500 RPM. |
